Deadmau5 brings Chicago to the ground
Toronto native Deadmau5 had Chicago dancing all night long.
Deadmau5 took a hold of the Congress Theatre from the time he stepped on stage and never let go. The light show set the dance floor alive and people were captivated for the entire time dancing literally all night along. The thing about Toronto's Deadmau5 is that he is not an average DJ. Rather than sticking with one genre Deadmau5 plays everything from to house, to techno, to trance. Rather than running all his classics back to back Deadmau5 spread them out allowing people to think they were going to catch there breathe before dropping another hammer that brought everyone to their knees yet again. "Ghosts n Stuff" was the best song of the set, I've not seen people go off the deep end to a song in this way in a while, but literally people flocked from the back of the venue to the front as the beat dropped. Many DJs graced the stage of the Congress Theatre this year but it seemed as if the buzz about the performance went on for days after the concert. Instead of rambling on and on about the concert here is a clip of what the night was like.
